They also provide financial stewardship by overseeing the responsible management of resources and supporting the Foundation’s long-term sustainability.
In addition, the Trustees support executive leadership by hiring, mentoring, and evaluating the Foundation’s leadership team, ensuring the organization continues to operate effectively and efficiently. As ambassadors for Empower Skilled Trades Foundation, they also strengthen relationships with partners, stakeholders, and the broader community, helping advance our mission and expand our reach.
