The Strategic Partnerships Committee provides strategic oversight of the Empower Skilled Trades Foundation’s (ESTF) partnerships and collaborative initiatives, ensuring they advance the Foundation’s mission, strengthen organizational capacity, and create meaningful opportunities for the individuals and communities it serves.

Recognizing that lasting impact is achieved through collaboration, the Committee cultivates relationships with governments, educational institutions, industry leaders, employers, Indigenous communities, nonprofit organizations, international partners, and philanthropic organizations.
