Advancing Excellence in Skills Development and Workforce Readiness
The Program Quality & Curriculum Alignment Committee provides strategic oversight of the quality, relevance, and effectiveness of the Empower Skilled Trades Foundation’s (ESTF) education, training, and workforce development programs. The Committee ensures that all learning initiatives align with industry standards, labour market demands, accreditation requirements, and the Foundation’s mission to prepare a skilled, adaptable, and globally competitive workforce.
Working collaboratively with industry partners, educational institutions, employers, and subject matter experts, the Committee promotes innovation, continuous improvement, and excellence across all ESTF programs and curricula. Through regular review and evaluation, it helps ensure that learning experiences remain current, practical, and responsive to the evolving needs of employers, industries, and the communities the Foundation serves.
The Committee is committed to advancing excellence in education and training, maintaining strong industry relevance, encouraging innovation in learning and curriculum design, supporting continuous quality improvement, enhancing learner success and employability, upholding academic integrity and professional standards, and fostering inclusive, accessible, and equitable educational opportunities. Its work helps ensure that every program equips learners with the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to thrive in today’s workforce and adapt to future opportunities.
“Quality education builds skilled professionals, stronger industries, and more resilient communities.”
