Adilla Anyanzwa is a Kenyan TVET strategist, education leader and a systems innovator with, more than three decades of experience in technical and vocational education, workforce development, institutional leadership, and skills policy. She is widely recognized for advancing industry – responsive training models that strengthen the link between education, employment, entrepreneurship and lifelong learning.

She is the Founder and Executive Director of the Adilla Anyanzwa Foundation (AAF), an innovation-driven platform dedicated to youth employment, green jobs, digital transformation and entrepreneurial development across Africa. Through AAF, she is building collaborative ecosystem that connects training, research, policy and strategic partnerships to create scalable solutions for the future of work. 

Previously, Adilla served as a Principal and TVET leader in both the public and private institutions in Kenya, where she led institutional growth, strengthened quality assurance systems, and championed competency – based education and training. Her work has focused on integrating digital and green skills into training systems while positioning TVET institutions as drivers of inclusive economic development.

A strong advocate for Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL), she has contributed to initiatives in green skills, electrical engineering, ICT, and entrepreneurship, expanding access to certification and decent work opportunities for individuals in the informal economy.

Adilla is a respected voice on TVET transformation, AI integration skills development, and education to employment systems. She is also a conference speaker , published writer, and a regular contributor at EduTimes Africa, where she helps shape conversations on education, skills development, and human capital across Africa.
