The Human Resources & Remuneration Committee provides strategic oversight of the Empower Skilled Trades Foundation’s (ESTF) people, leadership, and organizational culture. The Committee ensures that the Foundation attracts, develops, and retains talented professionals while maintaining fair, transparent, and equitable employment practices that support the organization’s mission and long-term success.
