A Shared Vision

The Empower Skilled Trades Foundation was born from a powerful idea one shared by two passionate leaders,

Angela Beausoleil and Ali Aliyu Adam.

They came together with a common belief: that skilled trades are not just jobs, but life-changing opportunities. Both saw the gaps between talented individuals without access, communities without enough support, and industries in need of skilled, empowered workers. Instead of accepting these challenges, they chose to act.

From early conversations to bold planning sessions, Angela and Ali built a shared vision rooted in empowerment, inclusion, and possibility. They imagined a future where people from all backgrounds could access training, mentorship, and meaningful careers in the skilled trades.

With determination and purpose, they began turning that vision into reality.

They laid the foundation of the organization defining its mission, shaping its values, and creating programs designed to open doors. Together, they worked to build strong partnerships with industry leaders, community organizations, and supporters who believed in the same cause.

Angela brought a deep commitment to community connection and advocacy, ensuring that every initiative reflected real needs and created real impact. Ali brought strategic focus and drive, helping translate ideas into sustainable systems that would support long-term growth.

Together, they built more than an organization; they sparked a movement.

Today, the Empower Skilled Trades Foundation stands as a testament to their shared vision: empowering individuals, strengthening communities, and elevating the skilled trades as a cornerstone of opportunity and progress.

Their journey reminds us that when vision is shared and purpose is strong, meaningful change becomes possible.
