Ali Aliyu Adam is the Co-Founder, Vice President, and Executive Director of Empower Skilled Trades Foundation (ESTF), where he leads the organization’s strategic direction, financial governance, and operational systems across Africa and beyond. With over a decade of experience in finance, public service, and organizational leadership, he plays a central role in building a resilient, transparent, and impact-driven institution. 

With a strong academic background in accounting and extensive expertise in budgeting, compliance, and financial management, Adam ensures that ESTF operates with the highest standards of accountability and efficiency. He oversees financial operations and administrative systems while guiding strategic planning, partnerships, and program delivery to support the Foundation’s expansion. 

Adam’s leadership is shaped by his experience in governance and community engagement, including serving as an Assembly Member and council secretary. In these roles, he strengthened institutional processes, improved efficiency, and enhanced community engagement, demonstrating his ability to align policy, people, and performance. 

Combining financial discipline with a growth-oriented mindset, Adam brings additional strength in marketing, team leadership, and stakeholder relations.
