Shadrack Biwott is a Resource mobilization, Partnerships, and Impact Measurement Specialist with over a decade of experience supporting NGOs, Social Enterprises, Foundations, and development organizations across Africa. His expertise spans Fundraising Strategy, Donor Engagement, Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL), Organizational Development, and Strategic Partnerships.

Throughout his career, Shadrack has helped organizations strengthen their sustainability by translating impact evidence into compelling funding propositions, building high-value partnerships, and designing resource mobilization strategies that unlock growth and scale. He has successfully supported the acquisition and management of funding from bilateral and multilateral donors, foundations, corporate partners, and philanthropic institutions.

Shadrack is particularly passionate about strengthening the link between impact, evidence, and investment. He believes that sustainable development requires strong systems that connect program outcomes with strategic partnerships, innovative financing, and long-term organizational resilience.

His work has contributed to initiatives across education, youth empowerment, livelihoods, resilience, climate adaptation, governance, and workforce development. As a member of the Fundraising & Development Committee at Empower Skilled Trades Foundation, he is committed to supporting the Foundation’s mission of strengthening skilled trades pathways, advancing inclusive workforce development, and building strategic partnerships that create lasting impact across Africa and beyond.
