Sarah Ngoma is an accomplished entrepreneur, master craftswoman, and passionate advocate for inclusive skills development, with over 16 years of experience in carpentry and joinery. As Founder and Executive Director of Finest Fit Kitchens and Wardrobes, she leads a thriving enterprise delivering bespoke interior solutions while creating employment and mentorship opportunities for young artisans particularly women in Zambia’s construction sector.

Her work strongly aligns with the mission of the Empower Skilled Trades Foundation (ESTF), as she is deeply committed to advancing technical and vocational education, strengthening trade professionalism, and equipping youth with market relevant skills. Through her participation in national initiatives such as the 2026 TEVETA curriculum validation process, Sarah actively contributes to shaping industry standards and ensuring training systems remain responsive to labour market needs.

Sarah’s diverse background spanning hands-on technical expertise, enterprise leadership, and corporate management positions her as a valuable contributor to ESTF’s objectives.
