Paul Mukoma
Paul Mwangi Mukoma is a media strategist, award-winning TV and film producer, entrepreneur, and passionate advocate for skills development and youth empowerment. With over 20 years of experience in media production and more than 15 years in leadership, he has built a distinguished career at the intersection of communication, education, and the creative economy.
He is the Founder and CEO of Talanta Institute, an accredited TVET institution in Kenya dedicated to nurturing talent and equipping young people with industry-relevant skills in media, film, journalism, digital marketing, performing arts, and entrepreneurship. Through his work, he has contributed to the training and mentorship of thousands of youth, helping bridge the gap between education and employment.
Paul is also the founder of Princecam Media and has produced numerous television programs, documentaries, digital content series, and social impact campaigns for broadcasters, development organizations, government agencies, and private sector partners. His expertise spans strategic communication, branding, storytelling, content development, audience engagement, digital media, and talent development.
A strong believer in the transformative power of skills and creativity, Paul is passionate about advancing TVET, empowering young people, promoting entrepreneurship, and leveraging communication as a tool for social and economic change across Africa.
