Abdel‑Manan Abdel‑Rahman
Abdel‑Manan Abdel‑Rahman is a distinguished entrepreneur, executive leader, and community advocate with extensive experience spanning corporate leadership, agribusiness, media, travel, and civil society. He currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of AMG Global Group and Executive Director of the Center for Creative Leadership Africa, where he leads strategic initiatives focused on leadership development and organizational capacity building across the continent.
As Ghana Chapter Director for the Empower Skilled Trades Foundation, Abdel‑Manan brings a wealth of expertise in strategic planning, institutional development, and stakeholder engagement. His leadership approach is rooted in empowering individuals and strengthening communities’ values that closely align with ESTF’s mission to create pathways into skilled trades and sustainable livelihoods.
Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a strong ability to build and lead organizations. As President of the Coalition of Muslim Organizations Ghana (COMOG), he has coordinated national initiatives, engaged in policy advocacy, and represented Ghana’s Muslim community on both national and international platforms. His earlier leadership roles include coordinating development programs across multiple African countries and managing large-scale partnerships and community initiatives.
In addition to his executive leadership, Abdel‑Manan has contributed to knowledge-sharing and capacity development as an author, publisher, and advocate for education and productivity. His work reflects a commitment to fostering leadership excellence, discipline, and innovation.
