Serumu Igberadja
Serumu Igberadja is an internationally recognized leader in Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) and the current President of the International Vocational Education and Training Association (IVETA). With a career spanning Africa, Europe, and North America, he has built a distinguished reputation for advancing TVET as a driver of employment, equity, and sustainable development. As a Strategic Partnership Committee Member at the Empower Skilled Trades Foundation (ESTF), Serumu brings global expertise in partnership development, policy advocacy, and systems strengthening to support ESTF’s Africa–Canada skilled trades initiatives.
Serumu holds a B.Sc (Ed) and M.Sc in Technical Education and Industrial Technology from Delta State University, Abraka, Nigeria, and is an alumnus of the U.S. Government’s prestigious International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP). His academic and professional background positions him as a respected authority in TVET governance, institutional development, and labour‑market alignment.
He is CEO of Edu Tour Global Ltd (UK) and Think TVET Global Consult (Nigeria), and serves as Director of International Relations and Business Partnerships at Whitecloud TVET Solutions Ltd. He also sits on the TVET Advisory Board of New Era College, Botswana, contributing to strategic reforms and institutional capacity building.
Serumu has facilitated high‑level workshops, conferences, and global collaborations with ministries, development partners, and TVET institutions. His work focuses on strengthening international linkages, expanding youth opportunities, and positioning TVET as a first‑choice pathway for skills, employment, and economic mobility.
At ESTF, he is committed to advancing strategic partnerships that enhance program impact, expand global networks, and strengthen skilled trades pathways across Africa and beyond.
