Sayed Eltaweel
Sayed Eltaweel is a human‑focused, results‑driven Learning & Development leader, corporate trainer, and TVET expert with more than 20 years of experience empowering individuals, institutions, and workforce systems across the MENA region. As a member of the Program Quality & Curriculum Alignment Committee at the Empower Skilled Trades Foundation (ESTF), he contributes deep expertise in competency‑based education, curriculum modernization, and industry‑aligned training frameworks that strengthen ESTF’s mission of building globally relevant skilled trades pathways.
Sayed has designed and delivered transformative impersonal and online training programs for thousands of learners worldwide, blending experiential learning, adult learning principles, and a learner‑centered approach to create meaningful and lasting impact. His TVET leadership includes training teachers, in‑company trainers, and school leaders across 40+ vocational institutions; leading quality assurance initiatives in 47 technical schools; and developing industry‑aligned curricula and digital learning kits that bridge the gap between education and workforce needs.
He has collaborated with major development partners including GIZ, UNICEF, WFP, and private‑sector organizations to expand dual‑system training, internship pathways, and workforce readiness initiatives. His expertise spans leadership development, entrepreneurship training, capacity building, cross‑cultural facilitation, and strategic L&D design.
Sayed holds a B.Sc. in Computer Engineering, an MBA from ESLSCA Business School, a Cambridge International Diploma for Teachers and Trainers, and multiple TOT certifications from Dale Carnegie, TIEC, and the ILO. He is also the author of the Arabic book Your Life Story.
