Christian Tetteh Agbasi
Christian Tetteh Agbasi is a member of the Human Resources & Remuneration Committee of the Empower Skilled Trades Foundation (ESTF), where he brings strategic expertise in talent development, organizational performance, and workforce capacity building. His work directly supports ESTF’s mission to strengthen skilled trades systems, promote sustainable employment pathways, and enhance institutional effectiveness through strong people practices.
Christian is a seasoned human resources professional, certified trainer, and leadership development specialist with extensive experience across multinational organizations and international development initiatives. He has held key roles in talent management and learning and development and currently serves as a Youth Empowerment Specialist on an EU-funded project, advancing inclusive job creation and skills development.
He is the Founder of Oakleaf Training & Consulting, where he has delivered leadership and workforce development programs across Africa since 2013, and Co-Founder and Executive Director of Entreva Hub, an innovation and entrepreneurship center focused on employability and enterprise development. He is also Co-Founder of Rural Invest Limited, supporting agribusiness investments in rural Ghana.
Christian holds an MBA in Human Resources Management, a BA in Psychology and Information Studies, and a postgraduate qualification in Training and Development. His expertise in leadership, skills development, and job creation makes him a valuable contributor to ESTF’s strategic growth and impact.
