Priscilla Kerebi is a gender inclusion, skills development, and workforce readiness specialist with extensive experience advancing equitable access to economic opportunity across Africa. As a member of the Gender Equality, Inclusion & Safeguarding Committee at the Empower Skilled Trades Foundation (ESTF), she supports the integration of gender‑responsive, inclusive, and safeguarding‑centered practices across ESTF’s Africa–Canada skilled trades pathways.

Priscilla is the Co‑founder of EdSource Africa Ltd and the Lead of InnovateHER Kenya, where she drives initiatives that strengthen skills ecosystems, expand employability, and promote gender equality in education, entrepreneurship, and technical careers. Her work spans TVET, agriculture and food systems, private‑sector engagement, social impact, and policy dialogue.

She collaborates with governments, industry, development partners, educational institutions, and civil society to design and implement programs that enhance workforce development, build institutional capacity, and create sustainable pathways to economic inclusion. Her expertise includes partnership development, program design, capacity building, stakeholder engagement, and multi‑sector collaboration.
