Samuel Enoma serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Empower Skilled Trades Foundation (ESTF), where he oversees operational strategy, organizational coordination, and the effective execution of programs across regions. With over two decades of experience spanning technology, administration, marketing, and executive support, he brings a highly practical and results-driven approach to operational leadership. 

Samuel plays a central role in translating the Foundation’s vision into structured, efficient systems that support program delivery and organizational growth. His background as a Director/CTO and departmental leader equips him with strong capabilities in strategy implementation, team management, and performance oversight. 

In addition, his experience supporting senior government leaders including executive coordination at municipal level has strengthened his expertise in stakeholder engagement, communication, and high-level organizational planning.
