Abisheck Musonda
Abisheck Musonda is a nonprofit leader, fundraising strategist, and development practitioner with extensive experience in donor engagement, grant acquisition, resource mobilization, and organizational development. He currently serves as a Trustee and Fundraising & Development Committee Lead at Empower Skilled Trades Foundation (ESTF), where he supports the Foundation’s efforts to strengthen partnerships, secure sustainable funding, and advance its mission of empowering women and youth through skilled trades and workforce development initiatives.
Over the years, Abisheck has worked with community-based organizations, international partners, foundations, and development stakeholders to design and implement initiatives focused on education, water access, youth empowerment, livelihoods, environmental sustainability, and community development. He has successfully led fundraising efforts, developed grant proposals, and supported organizations in strengthening their institutional capacity and long-term sustainability.
Through his consulting and advisory work, Abisheck supports grassroots organizations, social enterprises, and emerging nonprofits across Africa and beyond to become funder-ready by strengthening their governance systems, fundraising capacity, donor engagement strategies, and project development processes. He is passionate about helping mission-driven organizations build credibility, attract funding, and position themselves for sustainable growth and long-term impact.
His professional interests include strategic fundraising, nonprofit governance, donor relations, organizational growth, skills development, youth employment, and sustainable development across Africa. He is committed to building strong institutions and fostering partnerships that create lasting social and economic impact.
