Hands-On Skills Training for New Apprentices & Emerging Tradespeople Our Vocational Training & Certification Program provides foundational trade skills for individuals beginning their careers or upgrading their technical abilities. This program prepares learners for entry-level employment, apprenticeship registration, and further technical training.

Our Safety & Compliance Training program equips learners with essential knowledge of workplace safety standards before they enter any job environment. ESTF delivers mandatory safety modules including WHMIS, proper PPE use, hazard identification, and core compliance practices. This training ensures every learner meets global safety expectations, understands risk prevention, and is prepared to work responsibly and confidently in diverse trade settings.

Our Apprenticeship Readiness Program prepares learners for real apprenticeship environments by building essential skills, workplace culture awareness, and foundational trade competencies. The FastTrack Certificate Program is designed for experienced workers who already possess handson trade or heavy equipment skills but lack formal recognition. The program provides a short, efficient route to becoming certified, safetyaligned, and employerready for both local and international opportunities.

Our Training & Upskilling Modules provide workers with specialized learning opportunities that strengthen technical abilities, introduce emerging technologies, and support continuous professional development. Our Red Seal Challenge Exam Program provides targeted preparation for experienced tradespeople seeking to earn Canadian Red Seal certification. Our Heavy Equipment Challenge Exam Preparation Program equips experienced operators with the knowledge, confidence, and structured support needed to successfully challenge provincial certification exams. This program is designed for individuals who already have handson experience in heavy equipment operation but require targeted preparation to meet exam standards.
