Adam Aliyu is a seasoned community builder and operational strategist leading the expansion of Empower Skilled Trades Foundation across Africa. As a Founding Director and the Foundation’s Finance & Compliance Officer, he serves as the organization’s anchor on the continent—bridging local realities with global standards to ensure every affiliate chapter operates with integrity, impact, and longterm sustainability.
With a strong background in workforce development and grassroots mobilization, Adam brings deep insight into the socioeconomic challenges facing underserved communities. He guides new affiliates through the Foundation’s onboarding process, supporting governance training, compliance, program implementation, and stakeholder engagement.
