Overview

The ESTF will gather to highlight its training initiatives, recognize strategic partnerships, and foster relationships among students, donors, employers, and technical institutes concerning Canadian apprenticeship opportunities. 

Our goal is to connect Africa’s untapped talent with global opportunities in the skilled trades by providing accessible training, mentorship, and certification pathways. We are dedicated to empowering apprentices, aiding underserved communities, and forming sustainable partnerships that promote economic growth and social change across the continent.

Core Objectives

Promote Programs 

Highlight Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Carpentry, and Welding training.

Launch Initiative

Officially introduce the Red Seal Global Workforce Initiative.

Engage Stakeholders

Involve donors, technical institutes, and government partners.

Inspire Students

Motivate youth preparing for Canadian apprenticeships.

Strengthen Partnerships

Build bridges between African and Canadian institutions.
