Samuel Enoma is a seasoned operations and technology leader with more than 20 years of experience supporting organizations across the public, private, and nonprofit sectors. As a Founding Member and Chief Operating Officer of the Empower Skilled Trades Foundation, he oversees the systems, structures, and operational strategies that drive the Foundation’s growth across Africa and beyond.
Samuel brings a strong technical background in IT systems, software testing, hardware maintenance, digital tools, and data management—combined with extensive experience in administration, corporate affairs, and organizational leadership. His career includes roles as a computer analyst, IT director, executive assistant to senior government officials, marketing and brand strategist, and technology specialist on national data projects. This diverse expertise enables him to build efficient, scalable, and missionaligned operational frameworks.
At Empower Skilled Trades Foundation, Samuel leads operational planning, digital infrastructure, compliance processes, and cross regional coordination. He works closely with affiliate chapters, vocational institutions, and government partners to ensure programs are delivered with excellence, transparency, and cultural intelligence. His leadership strengthens internal systems, enhances program implementation, and supports the Foundation’s mission to expand access to skilled trades training and ethical workforce mobility.
